Located in the fertile Ganges Valley on the banks of the Ganges, Varanasi is a place of pilgrimage for Hindus, who come to bathe in the sacred river. Varanasi, or Benares, is considered a sacred city by Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. Stroll along the many gaths and cremation gaths Silk-weaving center, numerous markets Golden Temple, the holiest of Hindu temples, Hanuman Temple or Monkey Temple.
DAY 10: Varanasi - Lucknow
