Administrative assistance is included to help you with all travel-related formalities. We don't book flights, but we can help you book trains in India. We can also advise you on visa requirements.
EXCLUDING SERVICES
Personal meals
Hotels and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are not included in this travel contract. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation and organizing their own meals. This allows greater flexibility in choosing where and when to eat.
Guides and Tours
The services of guides and entrance fees for museums, tourist sites or activities are not covered by this contract. Travelers will have to organize and finance these visits and activities themselves. It is advisable to set aside a budget to fully discover the destination.
On request: we can provide French-speaking guides.
Personal expenses
All personal expenses, such as souvenirs, drinks or additional services, are not covered. Each participant is responsible for his or her own expenses during the stay. It is therefore advisable to have an appropriate budget for these additional expenses.
International Transport
Airline tickets, whether international or domestic, are not included in this travel contract. Travelers must organize and book their flights independently. It is important to plan in advance the means of transport needed to reach the destination.
